Me Annie Girard obtained a law degree from the Université de Montréal in 1997 and has been a member of the bar association (Barreau du Québec) since 1998. She is originally from Salaberry-de-Valleyfield and has been practising there since she became a lawyer.
Me Girard has argued many cases before the Court of Quebec, Youth Division, and has extensive experience in the area of youth law.
